“Copyright Catering” offers off-site catering for a wide range of life’s occasions – from private dinners to corporate parties for several hundred guests. We have catered both in the middle of a forest without electricity and in refined bars with crystal glassware. Regardless of the nature of the event, our approach remains the same: quality under any circumstances.

What do we offer?

Weddings, anniversaries, refined dinners, breakfasts, coffee breaks, and banquets.

From 1 to as many as 1,000 guests,
though ideally up to 60.

We operate throughout Latvia and beyond, of course, if invited.

A personalised menu, research, and recommendations. Everything is tailored to your preferences and possibilities.

Head Chef and Founder of “Copyright Catering”

Oskars is a professional head chef educated at the Riga Restaurant Service School, with over ten years of experience in the kitchen at Hotel Bergs, as well as work at Jūrmala BBQ restaurant and the Berga Bazaar bar “Garage.” His approach is based on precision, creativity, and the belief that food shapes the atmosphere and helps connect people.
“Copyright Catering” is a company created by Oskars, combining quality flavours, a professional approach, and carefully crafted dishes for various events.

You might ask – what have been the most challenging events? A wedding in the forest for 150 guests without a kitchen. The largest? A corporate party for 450 people.
The most important? Every event where we can show how food, prepared with love and quality ingredients, becomes the central highlight.
